HACK HARDWARE ROBOT CAR

Overview:

I entered a virtual weekend hackathon in Spring of 2020 through Boston University and chose to build and work on a robot car controlled through an Arduino. 

​Goal:

Build the robot based on the kit and do something creative with it.

My actions: 

I assembled the kit quickly and began to code the robot to dance to the beat of the song "Dancing Queen". I got about halfway through the song and the robot stopped dancing. I then located the problem and found the protective shield for the Arduino was fried. Because this was during COVID, there was no way of getting a replacement board and unfortunately there was nothing I could do, but this was a great learning opportunity to slow down when I learn.
